Question/Answer

Q: How long until i get my order? 

A: All orders are processed as received during normal business hours 9am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.  You will receive an email with your delivery and tracking information.


Q: Do the appliances have a manufacturer warranty?

A: The manufacturers warranty info will be available in the product description if applicable otherwise all products are sold as is no warranty.


Q: Do I have to buy Hoses for the washer/cord for the dryer?

A: WinBop will supply for any laundry equipment we sell: water and drain hoses for washers and up to 4ft of vent hose as well as 3 or 4 prong cords for dryers.


Q: Does WinBop Recycle?

A: Yes. We make a daily effort in our concern for the environment by providing services in the field of appliance recycling and freon recovery.


Q: Will the delivery driver haul off my old appliances for free?

A: If you have purchased a related appliance valued over $149 then Yes. Please let us know before we arrive if you need appliances hauled away. Refrigerated appliances are subject to a $25 recycling fee. If you have not purchased an appliance from us then recycling and haul away fees will apply.

Q: Does WinBop accept returns?

A: No

 

Problem - Cause - Solution

P: My Dryer takes several cycles to dry. Seems warm inside but not drying in one cycle.

C: This is likely a venting issue. The 4inch vent that exhausts the dryer to the outside of the home may be clogged. 

S: You can hire a duct cleaning company or purchase the "Lint Eater" tool from most home improvement stores.
